Hearts of Oak are in talks with Berekum Chelsea to sign goalkeeper Gregory Obeng Sekyere, according to Sportsworldghana report.
According to an inside source at the club, Hearts of Oak have been negotiating with the athletic goalkeeper for the past three games of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.
The 20-year-old Sekyere has been in exceptional form for Berekum Chelsea, impressing fans and coaches alike with his shot-stopping abilities.
He kept 12 clean sheets in 28 games and conceded 31 goals in the just-ended league season.
Hearts Oak finished 13th in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season and they are looking to strengthen their goalkeeping department for next season.
